At WebTorq, your privacy is our core priority. We believe that tools should process your data, not collect it.

1. Browser-Local Processing

The majority of tools on WebTorq (including PDF editors, image compressors, calculators, formatting tools, and encoders) operate completely locally inside your browser sandbox. Your files and text never leave your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

2. External APIs & Third-Party Integrations

Some specific tools require external servers to function. In these cases, we clearly label when network requests occur:

• AI Tools: Require user-supplied API keys (stored solely in your local browser cache) and communicate directly with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google APIs.
• Social Video Downloaders: Send the requested URL to our secure backend helper endpoint to fetch download links. No personal details are logged.
• DNS, WHOIS & IP Lookup: Use public API endpoints to query registration records.

3. Cookies & Analytics

WebTorq does not use tracking cookies or require account registration. We do not track or profile your usage.
